Musical Shape Shifters
The Simon Crawford Band is an extremely popular musical group based in The Mount Washington Valley area of New Hampshire. The band members are Simon Crawford on guitar and vocals, Jon Whitney on keyboards and vocals, Damon Bolduc on bass and vocals, and Jill Ohlson on drums and percussion. All have many years of experience, from the '60s and '70s to the present, touring, recording, and performing for clubs, events, and concerts in the US and abroad. They play a broad range of material with an emphasis on classic rock while ranging through R&B, blues, folk, and country as well, and never fail to get the crowd movin' and groovin'! The band performs an extensive repertoire of covers, many with their own versions and arrangements. With occasional off the cuff renditions and on the fly changes every performance is different and sure to entertain!
A word on the history of the band from Simon - "Last night's gig (April 13, 2018) was the 9th Anniversary... of the embryonic start of the SC Band. I had been playing AT ('Almost There' in Albany NH) as a solo gig... that day, D'aka Jon showed up with his keys and sat in ... a couple of weeks later Jazzy Jill showed up with her tubs, and sat in... a few weeks later Mega Moe showed up with his bass and sat in... before we knew it we had a full band. Not by design... but through fun and a love of Music. Dangerous Damon was our stand in bass pounder when Moe was unavailable during our first few years. When Moe's work commitments made Fridays impossible to do... Damon joined in full time as the master of the bottom end. Here's to our 10th year.... and many more... rock on my fellow band mates and to our fans and friends that make Friday the best damn day of the week for us all. xx"

Having access to several motorized conveyances and based in NH, The SC Band is able to travel reasonable distances to perform at a venue near you.
